- Professional qualifications
- Essential: - Degree /Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering/Aircraft Maintenance background. EASA aircraft maintenance engineers' licence with ideally at least 15 Years hands on experience
- Desirable:- ACII, CILA and experience within the Aviation Insurance Market.
- Experience of handling Aviation claims
- Practical experience in aircraft repair and maintenance
- The confidence and ability to deliver excellent customer service throughout the lifecycle of the claim
- Able to demonstrate experience aviation adjusting and handling claims process from instruction to conclusion
- A willingness to liaise and build effective working relationships with other internal product lines/departments and external clients
- Be able to manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and complete case enquiries with the confidence and technical ability to work without direction where appropriate
- Understand the importance of ensuring all stakeholders and parties are kept fully updated at all times, and have a pro-active claims handling philosophy
- The desire and ability to deliver customer service at a very high level, and to meet our goal of making claims easy for everyone
- Accurate daily time recording, delivering a high proportion of chargeable hours demonstrating technical competence

We are excited to announce that we are currently looking to build out a new Aviation Loss Adjusting and claims management business, Internationally, with flexibility on location.
We are recruiting for various roles, including aviation adjusting, surveying, claims support and finance vacancies for our new Aviation Division.
The roles involve working closely with insurers, brokers, policy holders and other service providers in order to investigate and report on claims, whilst building and maintaining client relationships.
You must have relevant experience working within the Aviation claims sector. If you have the suitable skills and experience, then we'd love to hear from you.
