PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Project controls manager oversees construction and engineering projects to make sure the team makes progress and meets goals.

As a project controls manager your duties include project planning scheduling planning meetings and progress checkins estimating and monitoring project costs sticking to a budget and reviewing project quality compared to the desired objective.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain the project controls plan and associated procedureImplement and maintain the project schedule including resource loading critical path analysis and progress monitoringManage project budgets track costs and prepare financial forecastsMonitor and manage project risks including the identification assessment and mitigation of risks and opportunitiesEnsure accurate and timely project reporting to stakeholders including progress updates cost reports and risk registersLead and mentor a team of project controls professionals providing guidance coaching and development opportunities


QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or a related fieldAt least 15 years of experience in project controls in the Construction industry with a track record of successful project deliveryCandidates MUST be immediately available Strong understanding of project management principles practices and tools including scheduling cost control risk management and reportingKnowledge of Construction safety and security requirements and regulationsExperience in managing a team of project controls professionalsVertical: EngineeringRemote Work :
