Since launching in 2014, helped tens of thousands of couples partner up with our bespoke engagement and wedding rings but also many bespoke high end jewellery bespoke project for many families in the Mdl East.

Our mission is to democratise diamond jewellery by offering a modern and transparent approach to the jewellery-buying process.


Purpose of the Role

The Sales Advisor has overall responsibility for generating sales revenue from the conversion of both pre-appointment and walk-in enquiries. They are also required to support and ensure the smooth operation of the retail stores. This may entail management of sales, staff, store, customer service and the diary management.


Senior sales advisors are required to liaise with other staff members across the business to ensure the smooth design, manufacture and delivery of client orders. The requirement for clear and articulate communication, good time management, record keeping and organisation skills are essential to ensure you are being as efficient and profitable as possible.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities
The following duties are not shown in order of priority or frequency and it is not an exhaustive list.

As an SME business, you will be required to assist and support the organisation in multiple areas, but the primary duties and responsibilities of the Senior Sales staff are listed below:


  • Developing indepth knowledge of the products and the brand and convey this with pride & enthusiasm to customers
  • Meeting customers for instore and online consultations
  • Assisting customers through our bespoke design service
  • Assisting in drafting the annual sales projections
  • Preparing and sending quotations for bespoke jewellery
  • Helping with the selection of diamonds and gemstones to fullfil client orders
  • Communicating with our Production, CAD and Workshop team around specific customer orders & requests
  • Following up with customers after their purchase for aftercare issues and requesting reviews
  • Maintaining the excellent presentation of the jewellery and showroom
  • Training and supervising junior team members
  • Efficient and accurate sourcing, pricing, labelling, auditing, handling and returning / processing of diamonds & gemstones.
  • Liaising with our security officer regarding security if required. Follow the company's security and product handling procedures at all times.
  • Follow company policies as laid out in the Staff Handbook and Health and Safety Policies at all times (e.g lateness/sickness etc).

A passion for fine jewellery, diamonds & extensive gemstones knowledge

  • A proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets while providing an excellent level of customer service.
  • A gemmological qualification would be preferable though not essential
  • Luxury retail sales experience (doesn't have to be jewellery specific)
  • An ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients and wider team members
  • Commitment to driving client loyalty through exceptional customer service standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly articulate
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Customerfocused ,able to handle customer complaints and queries in a highly professional manner
  • Confident, resilient, determined and enthusiastic
  • Strong administration skills with good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capable multitasker with the ability to prioritise workload according to business needs

  • Computer literate and competent in using Apple Macs, able to adapt to new technology.

Job Type

  • Fulltime 40 hours will be from Monday to Friday with 8 hours daily work, and flexible in time if there is an event.

Location

  • Alquoz 4 (head office)

Salary

  • Competitive, depending on experience

Holiday

  • 30 days (plus bank holidays)
