CANDIDATE MUST HAVE OWN VISA
Key Objectives:
Be present and oversee administrative duties at football sessions, events, camps etc. as required by the Management.
Provide administration support to the management and coaching team.
Maintain a database of player information, enquiry logs, and feedback in order to generate player reports for management whenever required.
Provide necessary guidance and information in detail to players and parents and advise about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved for different camps and football training.
Diary management and arranging appointments of management and coaches.
Arranging and coordinating for any events as and when required.
Updating attendance of students and coaches at different location.
Experience
2 plus years+ in sports /schools or an admin role.
Experience in dealing with quick decision making under pressure.
Excellent communications and presentation skills.
Qualifications
Qualification in administration management or similar.
Sports qualification desired but not essential.
Professional Standards
Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, as per business requirement.
Flexible approach to undertake responsibilities which may not be necessarily core responsibility of Admin.
Ability to work with people from diverse background
Skills
Relationship Management/Customer Service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Time management skills.
Strong Admin & IT Skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Can work under minimum supervision
Language:
Fluent in English

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
