Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our prestigious 5-star hotel.

As the Outlet Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of our establishment while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will contribute to the overall success of our hotel and enhance the guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Hotel Management, the Outlet Manager will have the following key responsibilities:

Training and Development:
Collaborate with the hotel training manager to identify training needs for department employees.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and meet business requirements.
Support the training of Departmental Trainers to improve service levels.
Implement a daily departmental training program to ensure continuous improvement.


Financial Management:
Achieve departmental budget goals by increasing sales revenue and optimizing cost expenditure.
Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing and food production.
Oversee all accounting and billing procedures within the outlets.


Marketing and Promotion:
Work with hotel management to develop and execute marketing plans for the outlet.
Stay informed about Anantara Guest Incentive programs and actively promote and support these initiatives.


Staff Supervision and Development:
Efficiently schedule Management & Associates within the outlet.
Supervise the associate time control system to ensure accuracy.
Conduct regular Associate reviews and appraisals in a professional and timely manner.
Train managers and supervisors in effective coaching, counseling, and progressive discipline.


Safety and Sanitation:
Maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections for all outlet property and facilities.


Inter-Departmental Collaboration:
Foster positive relations with other departments through open communication and cooperation.
Collaborate closely with the Banqueting department to support functions and events.


Leadership and Motivation:
Lead by example with a hands-on approach to motivate and inspire Associates to deliver exceptional service.
Uphold and reinforce the highest standards of hospitality to create a memorable guest experience.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of training and development techniques.
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Salary:
From AED15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
