Working closely with the Managerof Internal Communications and Engagement you will use your writingskills and natural creative flair to effectively develop keymessages and internal communication campaigns for Atlantis Dubaiwhich includes Atlantis The Royal Atlantis The Palm andAquaventure.

    We are looking for someone who canconnect with the hearts and minds of colleagues through a varietyof communication channels from digital print and via social media.Working with a diverse multigenerational workforce you will play akey role in delivering an extraordinary colleague experiencethrough creative and innovative colleague engagement campaigns andinitiatives that ultimately aim to inspire and motivate ourcolleagues.

    Thesuccessful Assistant Manager Employee Marketing candidate will havea minimum of 23 years experience in a similar role within a 5*hotel/resort and have a relevant experience in internalcommunications and employee engagement and a Bachelorsdegree.

    Proven trackrecord in developing and executing internal communicationstrategies and supporting teams fostering employee engagement.Excellent written verbal and written communication skills excellentorganizational skills ability to meet deadlines and work in afastpaced environment. Must have strong attention to detail andproject management skills and experience developing creativeeffective approaches to difficult communicationschallenges.

    You willalso be personable friendly tentative empathetic to our employeesneeds and be professional and wellgroomed.
