Full-TimeRequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any graduation is to 6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and payroll management.

Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office is necessary.
Understanding of UAE Labour Law and payroll regulations is essential.
Experience with bank reconciliation and financial reporting is required.
ResponsibilitiesExecute the complete payroll cycle for employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations, deductions, and payments.
Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and audits for internal and external purposes.
Calculate end of service benefits and process final settlement for employees.
Process service bill invoices to inter-companies and maintain accurate records.
Handle posting of bank entries for remittances received from customers and payments made to vendors.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Prepare monthly cash flow statements and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
