Preferred Experience &Qualifications

3+ years ofHands-on (configuration) experience with at least one module of SAPSuccessFactors

8+ years of overall experiencein IT

Bachelor degree or higher qualificationin Computer science, Business informatics, Human ResourceManagement or other related area.

Must be ableto communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely inEnglish at a level required to perform the job responsibilities asoutlined

Ability to deliver quality work ontime

Highly developed interpersonal skills withability to effectively communicate and influence decision-makingwith senior management

Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills with demonstrated ability to work in acollaborative environment
