    • MBBSEducation
    • Atleast 3-5 years ofexperience
    • DOHLicense/Passer
    • Current BLS, PHTLS, ACLSrequired

    Responsibilities:

    • Works with Health and Safety team andprovides support in health and safety relatedmatters
    • Consults with patients, prescribingmedicine and leading propertreatment
    • Coordinates and supervises the sitehealth team
    • Maintains record of vaccination andprovides guidance with vaccination based on the vaccinationprotocols of the assigned site
    • Coordinates withthe site medical facility and arranging the facility for regularinspection by the health authority
    • Assists inincident investigations and nearmisses
    • Provides daily medical guidance on staffhealth issues
    • Ensures the privacy of thepatient's interests and wellbeing at all times includingpatient confidentiality
    • Shares specialistclinical knowledge with colleagues and be involved in the deliveryof ongoing training, education, and support ofcolleagues
    • Actively participates in identifyingHealth and Safety risk issues
    • Accesses andensures effective use of the language systems required for peoplewith language or communicationbarriers
    • Responsible and accountable fordecisions made relating directly to patient care requirements,following clinical consultation andassessment
    • Identifies and responds toLife-Threatening cases and arranges appropriate Ambulance servicewith available medical facility
    • Advises HSE& Management for potential health risks ofemployees
    • Ensures all arrangements for thepatient to be further examined/treated by the particular careprovider or hospitals, should onward referral berequired
    • Ensures highly personal, delicate,confidential reports are handled properly in accordance withexisting protocols
    • Participates in regularformal and informal communications with team members and othermembers of the Health and Safetydepartment
    • Performs and maintains health andhygiene inspection
    • Participates in Fire& Safety other Emergency evacuationdrill
