We are looking for an energetic entry level
Corporate Business Associate to be based in the UAE.

You will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through the development of strategic corporate partnerships.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential corporate clients, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities, with a focus on strategic partnerships and large corporate clients.
• Establish & nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet them.
• Execute strategies to achieve revenue targets through corporate client acquisition & upselling.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for expansion & growth.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
• Collaborate with various internal teams, including category, marketing & operations, to align corporate client strategies with the overall business objectives.
• Regularly analyze sales data & performance metrics, providing insights to inform strategic

decisions.

• Gather and relay client feedback to the category team to help shape our product and service offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize workload even when faced with conflicting priorities.
