Position Overview:

As an Off-Plan Real Estate Sales Agent in Dubai, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in the selection and acquisition of off-plan properties.

You will leverage your knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and your expertise in off-plan properties to guide clients through the purchasing process and ensure a smooth transaction experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Consultation:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and investment goals. Provide expert advice on available off-plan properties that match their requirements.


Property Presentations:
Showcase off-plan properties to clients through detailed presentations, virtual tours, brochures, and other materials. Highlight key features, benefits, and potential returns on investment.


Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and other industry professionals. Maintain regular communication to keep clients informed about market trends, property updates, and investment opportunities.


Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Negotiate property prices, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients. Guide them through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless transaction.


Administrative Tasks:
Manage paperwork, contracts, and documentation related to property transactions. Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure all necessary documents are in order.


Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the brokerage or real estate agency. Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach to achieve individual and team goals.


Networking:
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to expand your professional network and stay updated on industry developments.


Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on changes in real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics in Dubai. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.


Qualifications and Skills:

Real Estate License: Hold a valid Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) license or be eligible to obtain one.

Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate sector. Experience with off-plan properties is a plus.

Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan properties, market trends, and investment opportunities.

Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluent proficiency in English is essential, and additional languages may be advantageous.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using real estate CRM software, online listing platforms, and digital tools.

Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously


Salary:
From AED4,000.00 per month


Experience:
