Summary of role:
You will join ITCAN as head of Performance Marketing. You will be
accountable for setting up, implementing and managing a new
business unit. Performance Marketing strategies are extremely
important for our success, so your role will play a crucial impact in
achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to
have experience and a big passion for influencer marketing, digital
technologies and driving client success
Responsibilities
- Maintain PnL sheets and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, and conversion patterns to help optimize all campaigns.
- Driving client partnership with strategic influence and intent, whilst being the focal point for daytoday client interaction, digital campaign planning and service delivery.
- Lead the Account Management and Influencer Marketing team to plan, create and implement performance campaigns.
- Support performance marketing activity across additional channels and work closely with multiple stakeholders to implement, optimize and report on performance.
- Interpret the client's business needs into clear action plans.
- Oversee and deliver highquality performance campaigns endtoend, in line with agreed brand plans and objectives.
- Performance Analysis; analyze performance and understand the details and effectiveness of each campaign and adopt a continual testandlearn approach to all performance marketing activities.
- Research and analyze performance drivers to improve future campaign profitability/growth and contribute towards yearly marketing budgets, KPIs and sales forecasts.
- Interpret digital trends, unlocking new and relevant growth opportunities across the business.
- Lead clients' campaign advertising strategies and provide superior customer service to ensure the utmost client satisfaction.
- Ensure the strategic excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs. Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships.
Lead The Teams (AM & INF):
- Maximize team output and efficiencies through coordinating team workflow, with responsibility for all team work in progress.
- Mentor team members and develop their skill set in accordance with their individual goals and objectives and career path.
- Play a key role in the recruitment of new team members as and when required.
- Lead the team in meeting targets.
- Produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification in Marketing, Business or related
- Digital native, experienced in performance marketing and
- Ability to think commercially and understand the real return
- Previous recent experience working in an agency
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation
- Demonstrable commercial experience with experience
major brand campaigns.
- Strong experience in participating in new business
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with
- Management reporting experience is essential.
