    We are currentlyseeking an Asset Manager to join our growingteam.

    What You Can Expect To Do

    • Assist with driving assetperformance, generate, and execute strategic asset plans;strategically manage property cash flow, and major repair andmaintenance capital improvements.
    • Develop athorough understanding of each property and its challenges, assessimplementation of strategic initiatives, assess operational andmanagement performance, and identify opportunities forimprovement.
    • Coordinate and manage strategiccapital improvement plans carried out by general contractors andthird-party vendors.
    • Forge strong relationshipswith operating partners to proactively work through challenges andcommunicate concerns up internal and external chains of commandwhen expectations are not being met.
    • Analyzeand ensure the integrity of monthly and quarterly property-levelfinancial statements vs. budget orproforma.
    • Creation and implementation of annualoperating and capital budgets.
    • With the supportof our Compliance team, monitor compliance requirements anddeadlines across multiple government agencies andprograms.
    • Maintain terms of partnershipagreements, loan documents, regulatory agreements and variousproperty agreements.
    • Coordinate communicationsand manage requests from investors, lenders, governmental agencies,and other stakeholders.
    • Support ourConstruction Services and Acquisitions teams with ad-hoccoordination and communication asneeded.
    • Conduct frequent physical inspectionsof each asset and its competitive market in theportfolio.

    What YouShould Have

    • Bachelor's degree required,preferably in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or relatedfields
    • 3-8 years of experience with real estateasset management and finance
    • Operationalexperience with financial reporting and managing equityinvestments, in essential housing
    • Stronganalytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data andpresent solutions
    • Effective communication andpresentation skills to work effectively with and present to a broadrange partners, agencies and th
