    Description

    Essential Functions:

    • Assumes accountability for:
      • Customs compliance/statements and best operational practices
      • Customer service levels, business development and growth
      • Meeting/exceeding all corporate performance KPI's
      • Accurate billing practices
    • Responsible for profitability through:
      • Budget monitoring
      • Cash flow analysis
      • Performance monitoring
      • Market/customer analysis
      • Preparation of quotations for new/existing business
      • Follow up and permanent contact with the station clients
    • Responsible for all regulatory issues such as classifications, port entry and problem resolution.
    • Provide sales support as necessary.
    • Manages Partnership / Agent relationship development
    • Performs Bid/RFI/RFQ cost/benefit analysis & price authorization.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years industry experience, 2 in a managerial/supervisory position
    • 2 years of college and/or 5 years of industry experience
    • Knowledge of Transportation industry, Import/Global transportation/Regulatory and business development
    • Must maintain professional attitude and appearance at all times
