- Assumes accountability for:
- Customs compliance/statements and best operational practices
- Customer service levels, business development and growth
- Meeting/exceeding all corporate performance KPI's
- Accurate billing practices
- Responsible for profitability through:
- Budget monitoring
- Cash flow analysis
- Performance monitoring
- Market/customer analysis
- Preparation of quotations for new/existing business
- Follow up and permanent contact with the station clients
- Responsible for all regulatory issues such as classifications, port entry and problem resolution.
- Provide sales support as necessary.
- Manages Partnership / Agent relationship development
- Performs Bid/RFI/RFQ cost/benefit analysis & price authorization.
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience, 2 in a managerial/supervisory position
- 2 years of college and/or 5 years of industry experience
- Knowledge of Transportation industry, Import/Global transportation/Regulatory and business development
- Must maintain professional attitude and appearance at all times
