- Master's degree inbusiness, Legal, Supply Chain Compliance or other discipline ofrelevance in relation to Trade Management
- TheCTCO must have several years of experience with business processesand a good understanding of end-to-end supply chain process, riskmanagement and logistics.
- Knowledge of exportcontrol and customs rules and regulations isessential.
- The cluster leadership part of therole requires strong functional leadership skills and capabilitiesto communicate across differentcultures.
- Fluency in English language ismandatory.
