- Support in coordinating the Headof Partnerships' complex calendars using judgment toprioritize meetings and committing their time based on an in-depthunderstanding of their priorities andneeds
- Collect and prepare data/information foruse in discussions with the team and other externalmeetings
- Organization and preparation ofinternal and external events that the Head of Partnerships or teamsneed to participate in
- General administrativetasks such as coordinating business trips, processing travelexpenses and taking care of invoices,etc.
- Supporting and/or own specialprojects.
- Assist the Office Head in developingpolicies, procedures, and office rules.
- Ensurecompliance with terms and specifications for renovation, officeinsurance requirements, and other tenancy matters, including leasenegotiations.
- Ensure the best vendor contractsand terms are negotiated with vendors, suppliers, travel agents,external accountants, corporate banks, and day-to-daysuppliers.
- Assist with accounts payable andreceivable, bank payments, and the approvalprocess.
- Maintain professional relationshipswith government and regulatory bodies in theUAE.
- Maintain office supplies inventory bychecking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating neededsupplies; placing and expediting orders for thesupplies.
- Custodian of confidential documentsand responsible for management and circulation of thesame.
