Must have effective communication and negotiation skills and should be currently residing in the UAE.


Responsibilities:
– Research and identify potential clients – companies that are looking to hire new team members for white collar positions.– Build business relationships with potential clients by introducing them to our recruitment services and assisting with their queries.– Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.– Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans.– Maintain a sales pipeline and meet monthly & quarterly targets.


Requirements:
– Must possess 2 – 3 years of business development experience in the U.A.E.– Should be sales driven with an ability to research and sign new clients on a consistent basis through various modes like phone calls, e-mails, networking etc.– Proven experience in acquiring clients for recruitment / staffing industry.– Excellent communication skills (English).– Good Interpersonal skills.
