Marketing Coordinator & Project Manager Needed with Experience in the UAE Market

Main purpose of job:

1. To lead all efforts for marketing projects implementation.
2. To liaise with different channel partners like Schools, Universities, Hospitals, Malls, Super Markets in order to obtain fees, procedures & permissions for the implementation of different marketing programs.
3. To set-up & organize the field execution team (promoters, supervisors etc) so that they are ready to implement the projects in a professional manner.

Main responsibilities:

a)Â Â Â Â To liaise with Schools, Universities, Hospitals, Malls, Super Markets and other channels.

b)Â Â Â Â Arrange appointments with network partners, negotiate & finalise entry fees, procedures and approval procedures for the implementation of activation programs in their premises.

c)Â Â Â Â Create a weekly, monthly and annual plan (project roadmap) per area / location per promoter and per program.

d)Â Â Â Â Maintain an active promoter database with promoters of different profiles so that they can recruit and train promoters as per activations plan.

e)Â Â Â Â Liaise with suppliers for the production of promotional stands, uniforms, promotional materials, giveaways, leaflets, and other promotional materials.

f)Â Â Â Â Â Â Perform quality control checks on promoters, their presentations and overall performance.

g)Â Â Â Â Prepare weekly / monthly and annual reports on the execution of each project.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

The job requires:

• Good understanding of marketing & promotional programs industry.
• Education to degree level;
• Professional qualifications in a relevant discipline;
• 3-5 years relevant experience;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and / or Arabic (preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license and own car.
