    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
    • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and print.
    • Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
    • Prepare marketing materials and presentations to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to continuously improve strategies.
    • Assist in organizing promotional events and exhibitions to showcase the brand.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing efforts.

    Essential Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

    Desired Experience

    • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the luxury goods or yachting industry.
    • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand building.
    • Experience in conducting market research and consumer analysis.
