Maintain Building and Property

  • Clean all engineering areas as directed by the FM Management.
  • Observe energy and utilities usage in the hotel and on the grounds.
  • Look for ways to conserve energy and report any ideas to the FM Management.
  • Keep supervisor updated on assignments.
  • Maintain communication with supervisors so that all needed materials, tools and supplies are available or on order.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
