- Undergraduate or Graduate Degree inEngineering from a recognized university
- With10+ years of relevant experience in a Mining EPCM Engineeringenvironment, mining construction and/or miningoperations.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years as aProject Manager on large mining projects ($500Mn-$1 Bn) in lithium,gold, copper and other precious metals.
- Miningproject construction execution experience isessential
- Experience in managing greenfield, orlarge brownfield projects isrequired
- Demonstrated ability to develop new,proprietary and innovative solutions to currentprocesses
- Strong Leadership, solidcommunication & interpersonal skills arerequired;
- Completion of a diploma or degree ina certified project management program is considered anasset
- A willingness to travel, both domesticand internationally, for varying durations and at times to remotelocations
- Must be eligible to work in Canadawithout sponsorship.
