Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Technical Consultant, your key responsibilities are as follows

Functional
Extending and maintaining existing search solutions, integrating new data sources

Working towards improving customer experience

Improving efficiency of search and overall performance of the system

Signing and implementing highly scalable Elastic stack solutions

Creating and managing Elasticsearch clusters on premise

Fine tuning bulk load process

Skills and attributes for success

The yardsticks of your performance would include cost savings achieved, quantum of customer reported defects, adherence to policies, procedures & quality standards, number of daily tests executed, and customer NPS.

Qualifications:

To qualify, you must have

BS, MS in Computer Science or degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics
3+ years of experience in Java/Spring Development and good knowledge in writing REST API endpoints
2+ years of experience in Elasticsearch Development and integration with external services
Professional Java Certification is preferred
Good understanding of algorithms and data structures
Good experience in query languages and writing complex queries that deal with a large amount of data
Handson knowledge in Logstash and Kibana
Experience in architecting data structures using Elasticsearch
