We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Design Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions.

• Preparing flowers with attention to detail and creativity
• Arranging them in innovative and visually appealing ways
• Maintaining the overall aesthetic appeal of the flower shop's interior and exterior spaces

To succeed in this position, you must have a keen eye for design, color coordination, and spatial relationships. Strong communication skills are also essential to understand clients' preferences and provide excellent customer service.

While prior experience in floral design is beneficial, it is not required. We offer comprehensive training programs to support your professional growth.
