    ```htmlA Marketing Coordinator will work with the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications to assist in the implementation of the marketing plan to increase hotel brand awareness.
    What will I be doing

    Support the Marketing Manager or Director in implementing marketing and communication strategies to drive revenue and enhance brand reputation.
    Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing digital and print materials, and analyzing marketing data.
    Coordinate the production of marketing and communication materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
    Manage social media accounts and website content, ensuring that they are up-to-date and engaging.
    Responsible for generating departmental reports.
    Assist with Hilton's procurement system.
    Assist with the organization and execution of promotional events, such as trade shows and product launches.
    Conduct research and analyze data to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
    Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities, using analytics tools and software.
    Manage the marketing and communication databases, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
    Ensure that all marketing and communication activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

    Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in the hospitality industry

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and media contacts


    Marketing Skills:

    Understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with the ability to assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns

    Attention to Detail:
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain and analyse complex data sets

    Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software
    Digital

    Marketing Skills:

    Familiarity with social media platforms, website content management systems, and digital marketing tools

    Travel:
    Ability to travel to various properties in the region as required

    Preference:
    Arabic speaker
