    PreferredQualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in businessadministration or related field.
    • Minimum 2years recent experience with instructional design to includeindustry standard authoring tools (ex. Captivate, Articulate) andvirtual classroom (ex. AdobeConnect).
    • Demonstrated experience with adultlearning principles and curriculum design to include classroom andblended solutions, and ADDIE process (Assess, Design, Develop,Implement, Evaluate).
    • Project managementexperience.

    JobSummary

    Provide high leveladministrative and technical support by assisting the Sales SupportSupervisor. Duties may include preparing reports, compilingstatistics and other data using spreadsheets and tables, and othergeneral clericalresponsibilities.

    MajorTasks, Responsibilities, And KeyAccountabilities

    • Collaborates with Manager, LearningDesign and Development to design and develop appropriate learningto support objectives meeting the needs of the targetaudience.
    • Designs, revises, maintains anddelivers high-quality and effective learningresources.
    • Provides learning recommendationsand consults across the Learning and Development team for learningsolutions.
    • Support learning facilitation designand development needs.
    • Applies instructionaldesign and adult learning theory to design, development, implementand maintain training programs which may include instructor led,virtual instructor led, eLearning and blended learningprograms.
    • Contributes to authoring developmentstandards, processes, and templates to produce consistent, qualityinstructional materials.

    Nature andScope

    • Demonstrates skill in data analysistechniques by resolving missing/incomplete information andinconsistencies/anomalies in more complexresearch/data.
    • Nature of work requiresincreasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complexproblems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic reviewof output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of theprocess.
    • May provide general guidance/directionto or train junior level support or professional personnel.

    WorkEnvironment

    • Located in a comfortable indoor area.Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and notobjectionable.
    • Most of the time is spentsitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunityto move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move orlift light articles.
    • No travelrequired.
