Customer Service Representative - Car Auctions


Job Summary:
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.

Guide customers through the registration and bidding processes, ensuring they understand requirements, fees, and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, inputting data into relevant systems and databases.


Qualifications:

• College diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or automotive sales is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fastpaced retail or automotive environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customercentric approach.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Experience:

Car Auction Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
