Our client is seeking aresults-driven CFO with strong business acumen and dynamicleadership skills to work at a high growth company, in a rapidlyemerging The CFO will be responsible for all aspects of the Companys finance and accounting division reporting to the companys CEO andoccasionally to the Board of Directors / Audit

• EnsureFinancial Statements and MD&A are completed under IFRS on atimely basis as required under the TSX reporting timeframes
  
• Responsiblefor all accounting under IFRS, accounting systems, consolidation,and audit
  
• Responsiblefor ensuring compliance with National Instrument52-109
  
• Optimizeand develop the finance & accounting team (hire, manage,develop)
  
• Createand implement an in-depth annual budgeting process including budgetanalysis andcomparisons
  
• Overseeand complete the monthly management Ensure that the SeniorManagement team is provided with timely and accurate financial
  
• Responsiblefor all financing activities, including the optimal availablefinancial opportunities are
  
• Managementof Accounts Payable and working capital process to ensure timely& accurate Ensure a process where invoices are formallyapproved within policy
  
• Maximizeinterest on our cash balance within investment policy requirementsand recommend the best course of
  
• Developclose working relationships with key personnel working at thecultivation facilities ensuring the accounting systems are alignedwith reporting requirements ( inventory-accounting). Identify gapsand risks within the facilities accounting
  
• Review ofCompany capital requirements and internal projects under ROI Workwith COO and other department heads to identify, analyze andrecommend capital investments that benefit the Company s internalrate of return and cash
  
• Analyze the company srisk profile (both at corporate, and the facilities) and makerecommendations to the senior management team to address areas of
  
• Negotiate the best terms with theexternal services under the scope of the CFO (audit, legal,insurance).
  
• Provide detailed salesproduct financial analysis to management to understand the keydrivers of the company s products, as in which products deliver thehighest economic returns, turnover ratios, unit costs, and lowestpercent of Information to be developed and implemented intomanagement
  
• Manage the globalinsurance process for the
  
• Workclosely with the Senior Management team to support M&A andcapital market
  

Requirements

• CPA
  
• 10+ yearsof finance and accounting
  
• 5+ yearsof working at a TSXV/TSX listed issuer with relevant financialreporting,
  
• Auditand ICFR
  
• 5+ yearsof experience with cannabis, CPG and/or
  
• Knowledgeable,intelligent, articulate &
  
• Diligent,driven, results-oriented, bottom-line
