Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

• Manages the day-to-day service of theoperation.
• Plans and supervises specialfunctions, maintains cash controls and payroll records, andoversees the hiring of frontline teammembers.
• Directs and trains staff to providescheduled retail services.
• Completes all daily,weekly, or monthly reports.
• Performs otherduties as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• 2 years of retail operationalmanagement experience.
• Experience inrestaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, and/or related food serviceoperations.
• Retail marketing experience ispreferred.
• Experience with cash retailoperations.
• Proficient computer skills andknowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook, and internet.
• Associates degree ispreferred.
