Are you detail-driven, technically knowledgeable, and passionate about ensuring quality and compliance in the automotive after-sales environment?

Join the Ali & Sons Group as a Warranty Administrator, where you'll play a critical role in managing warranty procedures, coordinating with principals, and supporting workshop operations to deliver exceptional service standards.

• Assist the Workshop Supervisor in developing and implementing warranty procedures.

• Plan, organize, coordinate, control, and direct the Ali & Sons warranty program.

• Develop and document warranty procedures in alignment with principal guidelines.

• Issue and manage warranty credit memos with the principal.

• Oversee parts and tire warranty programs and document related procedures.

• Ensure all warranty claims are accurately processed within required timelines.

• Maintain and update the warranty database and track all warranty activities.

• Prepare and submit accurate monthly warranty reports.

• Provide structured feedback to the factory through the After Sales Workshop Supervisor regarding vehicle quality and warranty concerns.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Workshop Supervisor or Service Manager.

To develop, manage, and control warranty procedures and systems, ensure timely processing of warranty claims, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement in vehicle quality and after-sales performance.

• Education: High Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar warranty or after-sales role.

• Languages: Fluency in English is essential.

• Software Skills: Computer literate with the ability to manage databases and reporting systems.
