We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer for our organization with Real Estate Developments Experience

Key responsibilities and accountabilities.

Liaising with different departments within the Group to ensure smooth financial operations
Preparation of financial statements and analysis, Budgets, Cost reports and to assist in the evaluation of business initiatives, new services and programs (Analysis includes pricing, cost

- benefit analysis, forecasting and expense analysis etc.)

Cocoordinating and negotiating with Banks for Facilities, Account opening, Discounting, Letter of Credit, Trust Receipts, Bank Guarantee, Performance Bond, Cheque and L/C discounting etc.
Preparing insightful reporting and analysis to support management decision making, and identify any anomalies to the company business unit budget.
Preparing the Yearly budgeting and Reports.
Presenting the Monthly financial results for assigned business unites to senior Management, ensuring commercial risks and opportunities are highlighted.
Knowledge in UAE and Standard taxes and regulations (VAT & Income tax).
Overseeing daily accounting activities under assigned business unites
Ensuring adherence to the Monthly Reporting timetable, communicating required information to ensure that results are reported appropriately and accurately on a timely basis.
Attending to audit and ad hoc queries.
E-Filling VAT Calculations & VAT Returns
