• Collaborate with product managersand developers to understand project requirements and userneeds.

• Translate research findings intoactionable design solutions that address user needs and align withbusiness goals.
• Ensure the adherence to brandguidelines by managing the team and overseeing vendor compliancewith these guidelines.
• Create wireframes,interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicatedesign ideas effectively to both internal teams andstakeholders.
• Develop and maintain designsystems, ensuring consistent visual and interaction patterns acrossall digital products.
• Collaborate withdevelopers to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and toprovide guidance during the implementationphase.
• Iterate on designs based on userfeedback, usability testing results, and evolving projectrequirements.
• Develop design guidelines, styleguides, and design systems to ensure a cohesive user experienceacross all platforms.
• Work in an agileenvironment, iterating on designs based on user feedback anddevelopment constraints.
• Stay updated with thelatest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improvedesign processes and deliver high-qualityresults.
