MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To provide VIP treatment to business-class passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction by anticipating and fulfilling their needs and preferences ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for Business class passengers from arrival to departure, and enhancing their overall travel experience.
To meet and assist Business class passengers at all touch points, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for Business class passengers from arrival to departure, transferring and enhancing their overall travel experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcomes businessclass passengers upon their arrival at the airport and assists them with checkin procedures, luggage handling, and any special requests or requirements.
- Provides personalized services to businessclass passengers through security checkpoints, immigration, and to the Business class lounges / departure gates.
- Offers assistance and support to passengers throughout their airport journey, including providing information on flight schedules, airport facilities, and amenities.
- Meets and assists Business class passengers at all touch points and ensures that all their requirements are prioritized.
- Addresses and escalates any issues or concerns raised by passengers promptly.
- Liases with airport staff and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate services and ensures a smooth transition for businessclass passengers.
- Adheres to all safety and security protocols and regulations to ensure the wellbeing and security of passengers at all times.
- Maintains accurate records of passenger interactions, feedback, and any incidents or issues encountered during duty hours.
- Support in fulfilling any assigned tasks or responsibilities.
