SNR VP HUMAN RESOURCES – UAE BASEWe have been retained by a large, well-established company in the Gulf region, to find them an experienced and dynamic Senior VP Human Resources.

As CPO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources department of this diverse company.

As CPO, you will be a data-focused strategist, team builder and culture creator who craft the values of the company and maximize employee potential.

You will manage the teams that oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement and on and off-boarding processes.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes Required for this role:
We need a minimum of a Masters in HR and/or CIPD FellowshipMust have been in a Senior DOHR OR CPO role for 5 years +++Experience in a large-scale manufacturing/production business is beneficialFemale applicants welcome to apply – this company is very focused on Diversity & InclusionMust have experience of being part of a Senior Leadership team
