Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements and deliver highquality solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and welldocumented code that meets project requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and consistency.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Go programming and software development.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, standup meetings, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a software developer with a focus on Go programming language.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Proficiency in GoLang, including concurrency, channels, and goroutines.
Experience with web development frameworks such as Gin, Echo, or Buffalo.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience with cloudnative development practices.
Excellent problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Certifications in Go programming or relevant technologies are a plus.
