Job summary
The company seeks a senior Head of Trading & Operations to lead its FX trading function while owning the end-to-end operational framework. This hands-on leadership role requires an experienced FX professional with deep knowledge of FX pairs, liquidity management, execution, and post-trade operations within a fintech environment.Responsibilities
- Own and manage FX trading across major, minor, and selected exotic pairs
- Oversee pricing, spreads,execution quality, and liquidity optimisation
- Manage relationships with LPs,banks, prime brokers,and liquoridity venues
- Monitor market conditionsand adjust trading strategies accordingly
- Ensure best-execution standardsand effective hedging strategiesspan>
