Description

STORE KEEPER / PURCHASE ASSITANT

  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
  • Prepare LPO and following yup the orders from suppliers
  • Product knowledge for mainly Food, packing and consumable items.
  • Issuing items from store on daily basis to kitchen, bar & service departments.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of a file of standardized ordering specifications.
  • Monitor the inventory of supplies stored in warehouse.
  • Taking physical inventory periodically as per management to cross check with the physical inventory.
  • Ensure indents are raised & proper documentation is completed on a timely basis for requisition of items; Responsible for store keeping, documentation & record keeping.
  • Sourcing of new suppliers & sampling, testing and approval for new development
  • To ensure goods keep by first in first out method (FIFO).
  • Goods delivery schedule maintain according to delivery order qty.
  • Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations

Experience:


  • 2 years of working experience as store keeper (Restaurant / Catering)
  • Ms Excel skills and System knowledge in posting the invoices accurately.

Salary:
From AED2,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)

Language:


  • Arabic (preferred)
