JobSummary: An Operations Manager fora startup car rental in the UAE with specific knowledge of theregulations set by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubaiyou will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daytodayoperations of the companys luxury vehicle fleet in accordance withRTA guidelines.
JobDescription:

• Recruit train and supervise a team of professional drivers ensuringthey are wellversed in RTA regulations.
• Enforce RTAspecific policies and procedures for drivers emphasizingthe importance of adherence to traffic and safetyrules.
• Oversee the maintenance cleanliness andoverall condition of the limousine fleet in alignment with companysset standard.
• Ensure the companys fullcompliance with RTA licensing permits and operationalstandards.
• Develop and implement emergencyresponse plans that algins with Dubai Police or any otherregulatory authorityinvolve.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the car rental industry and an understanding ofcost dynamics in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of RTAregulations and guidelines pertaining to car rental (preferablyLimousine) services and online system.
• Knowledge of technology solutions for fleet management andoptimization Attention to detail and accuracy in financialrecordkeeping.
• Effective communication skillsboth verbal and written.
• Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
• With 4years of experience as Operations Manager in the samefield.
