- Manage the standardization of the maintenance engineering throughout the sub-region of MEA in coordination with the Regional Operations Team
- Implement best practice maintenance engineering processes/standards across the region
- Liaise with the Lean Enterprise to drive improvements in the engineering process
- Oversee the management of improvement projects to reduce costs and increase the process efficiency
- Minimum of 4-5 years of engineering experience within a leadership position
- Strong command of MS Office, experience in six sigma project would be an advantage
- Must be fluent in English, knowledge of the Arabic and French language would be an advantage
- Excellent analytical, communication and leadership ability
