We are looking for TikTok Content Creator who will be responsible for producing engaging and compelling content for the TikTok platform.

• Develop and execute creative ideas for TikTok videos to entertain and engage the target audience.
• Plan and script video concepts, including storytelling, skits, challenges, dances, and trends.
• Shoot and edit highquality videos using various video editing software and tools.
• Stay updated with current TikTok trends, features, and algorithms to optimize content performance.
• Audience Engagement:
• Build and grow a strong follower base by consistently producing entertaining and relevant content.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage in conversations to foster a sense of community.
• Collaborate with other TikTok creators or influencers to create collaborative content and crosspromote each other's channels.

• Monitor video performance metrics, such as views, likes, shares, and comments, to understand audience preferences.
• Analyze data and insights to refine content strategies, optimize video production, and improve engagement rates.
• Experiment with different content formats, trends, and styles to attract and retain a larger audience.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and features on TikTok.
• Research and understand the TikTok algorithm and best practices for maximizing reach and visibility.
• Implement new features, effects, or tools creatively to enhance the quality and impact of videos.

• Proven experience as a TikTok Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio of successful TikTok videos.
• Proficiency in video shooting and editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, viral content, and user behavior.
• Excellent storytelling and creative skills with the ability to develop unique and engaging video concepts.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing trends and audience preferences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with brand partners and other creators.
• Understanding of analytics and datadriven decisionmaking to optimize content strategies.
• Passion for social media, digital content creation, and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
