Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Garment Production: Skillfully cut, sew, and assemble ladies' Arabic dresses, including traditional abayas, kaftans, jalabiyas, and contemporary designs, ensuring each garment meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Measurement and Fittings: Take precise measurements of clients to ensure a perfect fit. Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to garments, paying attention to style, comfort, and individual client preferences.

Pattern Development: Create and modify patterns for various styles of Arabic dresses, staying updated on current fashion trends while incorporating traditional elements and cultural aesthetics.

Fabric Selection: Assist clients in selecting appropriate fabrics for their dresses, considering factors such as comfort, durability, and cultural significance. Ensure the availability of a diverse range of fabrics to meet client preferences.

Customization: Work closely with clients to understand their specific design requirements, preferences, and any customization requests. Provide expert advice on design elements, embellishments, and accessories.

Quality Control: Inspect finished garments for quality and accuracy, ensuring that they align with the client's expectations and our standards. Make any necessary adjustments or corrections to meet quality benchmarks.

Time Management: Efficiently manage workflow to meet deadlines and delivery timelines. Communicate with clients regarding the status of their orders and ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.

Client Communication: Establish positive and professional relationships with clients, understanding their cultural and fashion preferences. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests.

Maintenance of Equipment: Regularly maintain and ensure the proper functioning of sewing machines, tools, and equipment to guarantee optimal performance and safety.

Stay Informed: Keep abreast of current fashion trends, especially in the realm of Arabic dresses. Attend workshops, fashion shows, and industry events to stay updated on new techniques, styles, and cultural influences.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tailor specializing in ladies' Arabic dresses.
• Expertise in cutting, sewing, and assembling a variety of Arabic dress styles.
• Knowledge of traditional and contemporary Arabic fashion trends.
• Strong measurementtaking and fitting skills.
• Ability to create and modify patterns.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in garment construction.
• Customerfocused with excellent communication skills.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with a variety of fabrics and their properties.
• Passion for fashion and a deep appreciation for the cultural significance of Arabic dresses.
