Experience Coordinator is a role that is integral to the seamless and positive production of projects both large and small.

This role is responsible for supporting growth and sustainability of the company, streamlining communication between the team, and helping to provide an all-around enjoyable working environment both internally and externally.

This role is internal and service provider facing and a strong supporting position for the company.


This role requires excellent organization and communication skills and an understanding of luxury lifestyle and hospitality including travel: official, leisure and as well as logistics and events.

The role is to assist with the general day to day operations of the office and to support the Experience Management team.


It's imperative to understand the needs and requirements of International and luxury clients and anticipate how to best customize our services to their needs.

Attention to detail, finding creative solutions, follow-through, multi tasking and organization are important qualities to have in this role.

Administrative Support

  • Liaise with a variety of service providers in the hospitality industry and retail industries.
  • Administrative support to Experience Management team by preparing proposals, confirmations, travel iteneraries and more.
  • Track client travel and communicate changes accordingly
  • Database management organize all contacts and activity.
  • Asssist in researching appropriate gift items on behalf of E&CO. members.
  • Update with new info to keep contact database current. Help segment clients, collaborators, and vendors.
  • Ability to maintain/build strong relationships with our service providers.
  • Ability to handle teambased & independent projects.
  • Ability to work remotely if required
General Support

  • Liaise between internal team to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Make reservations, secure car service and transportation as necessary and assist in booking travel.
  • Work with bookkeeper to track invoices and provide accurate information on projects and client visits
  • Additional tasks as delegated by Experience Manager or Business Founder & CEO.
  • Handle packaging and tracking shipments.
  • Follow the trends of the Luxury travel market by researching various sources.
Qualification Requirements

  • Preference of Bachelors Degree or higher.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Full written and spoken English fluency with proper grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary.
  • Calendar management skills

Salary:
AED5, AED7,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Luxury Hospitality: 4 years (preferred)
