    Description

    Our client is looking for an experienced Director Talent Acquisition located in KSA, Qatar, or the UAE. Applicants from Europe willing to relocate to the GCC region are welcome.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier professionals across various functions and levels.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters, providing guidance and fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
    • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
    • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance our market presence and visibility as an employer of choice.
    • Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, social media platforms, and industry networks to identify and engage passive candidates.
    • Champion diversity and inclusion by implementing strategies that ensure a diverse talent pipeline and an inclusive hiring process.
    • Utilize data analytics and metrics to measure recruitment efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and drive informed decision-making.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously exploring new recruitment tools and technologies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven track record of at least 12 years in talent acquisition, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment for a reputable organization.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • In-depth knowledge of current recruitment practices, market trends, and employment legislation.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR technology tools.
    • Highly strategic mindset with the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with overall business objectives.
