The hiring company is a leading event venue for events and exhibition.

The role involves coordination with business units, finance and service departments. with focus on Calendar management, Contract management, utilization, yield, research and reporting, with excellent communication skills.


Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Dairy and Revenue Management /mandatory/:


  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in Financial management, Reporting, Data analysis /mandatory/:

Experienced in Event industry:

-
Bachelor degree in Financial management or related fields /mandatory/:


  • Intermediate or Advanced level in Microsoft Excel:
-
Experienced in Contract Management:

-
Experienced in Invoicing and Aging tracking:


  • Must have a research skills
  • ability to search for, locate, extract, organize, evaluate and use or present information that is relevant to a particular topic:
-
Experienced Coordinator with an excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Event Calendar Planning & Reporting Executive

  • Experienced Coordinator liaises with business units, especially sales team, finance and service departments.
  • Data Analysis and reporting
  • Past admin support abilities
  • Contract Management
  • Invoicing and aging reports
  • Conduct research for bench marking
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Admin support

Contract management:


  • Prepare contracts and ensure accuracy of schedules and inclusions.
  • Ensure payment plans are accurate and as per the commercial requirements.
  • Regular follow up contract status
  • Ensure insurance is in place as per DWTC standards. Liaise with insurance provider for liability coverage and review of organizer insurance.

Revenue Management:


  • Maintain clear and concise documents and subreports for preparing business reports which includes business forecast, utilization, yield and collections.
  • Support the annual budgeting process for all business segments within Venue Services Management.
  • Monthly reconciliation of revenue recognition and collections which includes liaising with relevant departments and business units.
  • Close coordination with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely issuance of invoicing.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
