- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum 5 years working experience, of which at least 2 years in Plant Design project management
- Experience with and user knowledge of SmartPlant3D software is a must; PDMS and BIM (Revit) know-how is a plus
- Experience in leading a cross functional team, direct managerial experience is a plus
- High level understanding of structural model building and MEP/Fire Protection
- Usage of structural engineering software (R-Stab, SAP2000, ....) is a plus
- Understanding the correlation between technical and commercial aspects of engineering work and service offering
- A solution, and customer-oriented personality
- Willingness to work Empathy and ability to work in multicultural environment
- Proficiency in English - written and verbal
- To be geographically flexible, with the willingness and ability to travel
