- Troubleshoot issues with AMC clients remotely and onsite
- Design, Planning and implementing various Lan/Wan/Wireless network solutions related to the project and related systems for permanent and temporary setups
- Install network hardware, peripherals, services, settings, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
- Perform site visits and generate BOQ for client requirements
- Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
- Install, configure and maintain Ubiquiti, Cisco, Palo Alto and Fortigate Firewalls, VPN Concentrators and other security appliances related to the network infrastructure
- Install, configure and maintain load balancers related to the network infrastructures
- Network and Security SME for projects with network and security components
- Monitor and maintain VPN gateways and any other related equipment and services.
- Respond to and mitigate network security events such as Distributed Denial of Service attacks
- Setup/manage network, security, and virtualized infrastructure
- Lead network improvement and maintenance projects
- Ready to travel for temporary install to KSA and other nearby regions
- Documentation including visio diagrams, single line diagrams, network rack layouts and connectivity diagrams for project pitches and post project completion
- Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Administrator for minimum 3 years
- Professional certification (Cisco, HP, Juniper, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Sonicwall, Fortigate, PaloAlto, Barracuda )
- Experience with Peplink routers
- Solid background in network administration and architecture
- In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)
- Sharp troubleshooting skills
- Hands on experience with Cisco ASA and Fortigate Firewalls
- Working knowledge of local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), internet, email systems, telecommunications and data communications; standard operating systems, storage for local and distributed environments
- Candidate must process hand-on experience with Ekahau Sidekick and analyzing wireless setup.

We are looking for a Network Engineer to develop and maintain functional and secure networks.This includes supporting existing AMC clients and planning & implementation of networks for projects. The candidate must be familiar with temporary network install and should be available to travel to Saudi Arabia on project basis. Candidate must process handon experience with Ekahau Sidekick and analyzing wireless setup.
The IT Network Engineer troubleshoots problems on the network, monitors underlying communication protocols and supports network and security hardware and software. He/she maintains network connectivity and availability.
