Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service cum Front Desk Representative.

This role is crucial in providing outstanding customer service and support at the front desk while also handling various administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Front Desk Management:
  • Welcome and greet customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Customer Service:
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and support.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Provide product demonstrations and assistance to customers as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist in managing appointments, schedules, and reservations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Process orders, payments, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in inventory management and order processing as required.
  • Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with sales team members to support customer inquiries and sales activities.
  • Provide assistance in preparing sales quotations, and proposals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk management, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English & Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not required.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
