About The Company


As well as residential properties, Homes 4 U Real Estate and its team have obtained a wealth of hands-on experience in a broad range of real estate activities including commercial, retail and mixed use properties.

Our comprehensive hard work has been the helping hand for our success and has made the whole selling, buying and renting process much easier for our fully satisfied customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond.
  • Organising interviews and selection events.
  • Helping applicants to prepare for interviews.
- preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to the management regarding suitable applicants.

  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Advertise open positions to external networks.

Requirements:


  • Sourcing
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with recruitment analytics
  • Experience on boarding new hires
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Time management
  • Communication
  • Engage their active listening skills
  • Experience in Maintaining career pages and job descriptions

Salary:
AED4, AED8,000.00 per month
