    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervising theday-to-day operations of the administrative department and staffmembers.
    • Hiring, training, and evaluatingemployees and taking corrective action whennecessary.
    • Developing, reviewing, and improvingadministrative systems, policies, andprocedures.
    • Ensuring the office is stocked withnecessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properlymaintained.
    • Working with the accounting andmanagement teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and processpayroll and other expenses.
    • Planning,scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings,conferences, interviews, orientations, and trainingsessions.
    • Collecting, organizing, and storinginformation using computers and filingsystems.
    • Overseeing special projects andtracking progress towards companygoals.
    • Building and expanding on skills byengaging in educationalopportunities.
