Job description

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all government and regulatory authorities in the UAE.
Liaise and maintain strong relationships with various government departments, including immigration, labor, municipal, and economic departments, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage the documentation and processing of various governmentrelated tasks.
Stay updated with the latest government regulations, policies, and procedures and ensure the company's compliance.
Coordinate with external service providers, such as typing centers and translation agencies, to facilitate the completion of necessary documents and procedures.
Handle employee grievances related to visa and immigration matters and provide appropriate solutions and guidance.
Assist in resolving any issues or disputes that may arise with government authorities, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Any other task requested by the direct manager.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the UAE.
Experience in handling UAE Ministry of Labor works, Chamber of Commerce, Tawjeeh, and other government related work.
Indepth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government procedures.
Familiarity with the requirements and processes related to visas, work permits, labor contracts, and company registration.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with government authorities, employees, and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Must be uptodate about all government digital services.
