    What You'll DoSupport the AR team in preparing accurate invoices and ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date.

    Help track customer payments, update AR trackers, and flag any delays or outstanding balances.
    Assist with customer account reconciliations and work with the team to resolve any discrepancies.
    Contribute to month-end AR activities, including aging reports, validations, and basic analysis.
    Partner with internal teams — Operations, Customer Care, Finance — to gather information and resolve billing or payment queries.
    Maintain clean, accurate records in our ERP and internal systems.
    Support ongoing improvements to AR processes and help strengthen our internal controls.
    What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceACCA qualification (completed or in progress) is a plus.
    Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and stay organized.
    Comfortable working in Excel; exposure to AR or ERP systems is a bonus.
    Clear communicator who enjoys working with different teams.
    Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    Prior experience or internship in accounting is helpful but not required.
